Main body is structure steel, whose surface is packed by stainless steel. The machine window’s frame is from SUS304 stainless steel. The feet of stand is from SUS304 also, and its height is adjustable
It is applicable for pressure filler and capper of carbonated drinks in beer and drink industry. Major electrical components used in Japan Mitsubishi PLC, inverter and proximity switches, Siemens of Germany’s Simulation output and solenoid valves of South Korea, it is all designed to the most reasonable configurations by the experienced electrical engineers of our company. The whole production speed can be in accordance with the requirements in the touch screen set, all common automatic fault alarm, and the corresponding location of the fault reason, according to the severity of failure, PLC automatically determine whether the host can continue to run or stop.
Rotary filling part
The filling system adopts isobaric filling principle. The liquid material tank is from stainless steel, inside or outside mirror polished. It is equipped with level controller. These valves are suitable for filling the beer.
Rotary capping part
1. There is a buffering system on the machine so that there is no can broken in process;
2. The can mouth is positioned automatically and the sealing mould shares good power distribution guaranteeing better sealing quality;
3. The sealing head with enough pressure so that there is no leaking after sealing;

Canned beer or beverage filling line:

The can filler and seamer are designed integratively. The moving of the filler is driven by the seamer, which ensures the stability of the filling level, and reduce the oxygen content in cans. All the components that have contact with the beverage materials are made of stainless steel.
